Bill Scheer, RPh.

Bill is the current Chairman and recent President of the Pharmacist Society of the State of NY. Since founding Scheer Drugs in 1978 he has re-invigorated the local/community pharmacy concept. Currently, he is also the Chairman of the New York City Pharmacists Society.
